      DC interviewed me

This morning before my alarm went off I started dreaming i was in a dark room then a Female dream character started asking me questions, at 1st they were really simplistic questions, she asked me my name, favourite colour. I knew I was dreaming but I wanted to see where the DC would go with it. The questions began to get weirder, but the one questions that for some reason I could not asnwer, she asked me if I had any experience dreaming and for some unknown reason I told her what I do at my job, then she said don't worry theres 3 main things you got to remember when you want to dream. 1 is to relax, 2 is to sleep to dream 3 is to drift and let go. I asked her if I was ready to let go but she said no you only have 1 minute to wake up, I opened my eyes and it was 1 minute before my alarm clock went off. this is one of the wierdest dreams I have ever had, and whats more weird is that my DC was right about the minute. its the 1st time I have ever seen her in my dreams.

Another thing that has been happening to me the last week is that I have woken up at 3:39am it happened abotu 5 nights in a row and everytime i had a tune I had never heard before i nmy head in my head. I'm unable to recall anything else from my dreams but i think it has to do with the tune playing in my head. sometimes I have a very hard time falling asleep again. If anyone seems to have had something similar to my constant waking up at the same time and not being able to remember anything please let me know.

in the mean while play safe and happy dreams

my theory is that the body gets in a rhythm. if you're waking up at that time every day... the body becomes attune to it... just my theory. circadian rhythm and what-not.

last may, for about 2 weeks, i was waking up 5 minutes before my dad every morning. i would wake up and sit there trying to recall the dreams from the night past and every time, my dad would turn on the lights in hall 5 minutes after i woke up. i don't know if he too woke up when i did and just collected himself for 5 minutes or what... but non-stop for 2 weeks this was my plight.
