Suprised by 5-hour energy's effects.

Last night I was feeling very tired, so I tried something new. I opened a new bottle of 5-hour energy and took about half of it. It's loaded with B-6 and B-12, which are known to help dream vividness. I figured since I was so tired, I'd just fall asleep anyway.

And I had one of the best, vivid dreaming nights in a while. The last one, especially was strong. I remember most of the dialogue I had with people, and was actively thinking throughout. Did a few reality checks, but they didn't work. Anyone else experiment with 5-hour energy? I'll try it again tonight.

I've never experimented with it for lucid dreaming, but I'm a regular user of 5-hour energy. I can see how it would help keep your mind clear. Your dream recall must have been pretty good in the morning, especially if you just drank it and went to sleep. I never really thought about using it for lucid dreaming, but I think that's a really good idea. Let me know how your next venture with it goes. Maybe try listening to some binural beats after you take it and try to go to sleep?

Regular user of 5hour, its flipping awesome. Too bad binarual beats don't work on me (I used them with headphones). makes me so mad
