You should regularly do reality checks throughout the day. Check your hands, count the digits, look for strange patterns. Then plug your nose and try to breathe through it. Do this whenever you see one of your dreamsigns, something weird, or just when you feel like it. Also, keep asking to yourself if you are dreaming. Say it out loud and mean it. After a few weeks, this should sink in and become instinct. Thus it'll carry over to your dreams and you'll become lucid more likely. Remember to keep your dream journal too. |
