I am about to start a SL-Uberman/Everyman. This involves 6-8 20 min naps throughout the day, which supposedly lead to 20 min of pure REM and vivid dreams (at least for some.) What techniques should I use to become lucid during these naps? I've only tried MILD/DEILD before, but it seems like WILD would work well, since people often fall asleep in only a few min when taking these naps. |
