      I have a question on becoming lucid

      I have bought a program from the unexplainable store to help lucid dreaming. I heard lots of people who got it said it helped them with dream recall which is important to get lucid. But what i am wondering is if i should listen to the track before bed, or wake up after 5 hours (before REM sleep) and then listen to it. can anyone help?

      Perhaps you may think that I am in jest, however, lucid dreaming is about listening to your own body and discerning your place in it. Distinction between self and not self, be the not self the body or any other external stimulus. So I suggest you listen to it when you get bored.

      so even in the morning if im bored listen to it?

      I don't know of the particular track you are speaking of, but these things are generally meant to be listened to either before you initially go to sleep, or during WBTB.

      I cannot remember ever being bored, so I would not know. Boredom is the inability to think of anything to do, and those who know me, know I generally bop until I drop--be in in study or yard work.
