      Exclamation how can i RC in a dream?

      everyone says to RC in a dream to become lucid (and it says it on all tutorials as well), but my problem is that i can't control my dream, so how do i do a RC in them?

      Do RC's during the day, so it becomes habit. Then, your dream-self will RC and become lucid.

      There are several things you can do to RC. What I do is count my fingers every 15 to 25 minutes when a computer program reminds me to RC.
      This one to be exact.

      Repetition is key. However, ensuring that you're performing a quality RC is a different story.

      The idea is that you make reality checking a habit, so that eventually you'll RC in a dream just because you do it all the time.
