post your suggestions on how to cure dry spells here.

A few months ago, I was lucid on almost a nightly basis. now my lucidity is dwindling. I've upped my MILD practices and have begun constantly RCing for over a week now. But still there's nothing. Use this thread to give suggestions for curing dry spells. or if you've had one. Tell us how you cured yours!

Does seeking a cure presume that something is wrong? Is the waxing of the moon a cure for its waning? Inhaling a cure for exhaling? How do you know which the cure and what the poison? Subsidence the cure of eruption?

Lucid dreaming since I was a small child (as a little kid, I was unable to differentiate between waking and sleeping life and it was sometimes upsetting when the two conflicted), I've had periods of years without lucid dreaming (particularly in my very early teens) and years of consistant lucidity, particularly in my 20s & 30s. I was seriously practiced in dream yoga in my 40s but then in the last few years I had a lot of deaths to deal with and slept most often nonlucidly. Duing any of those so-called dry spells (I do not consider them dry spells), it never bothered me to the point of seeking a cure, rather, when I developed a moment of curiosity as to whether or not lucidity was still an aspect of my dreaming, almost invariably, that night, I'd have a lucid dream.

I'm naturally right handed and so I do not use my left hand as much as my right. But just because I don't use my left hand as much, it does not forget how to be a hand. No cure required.
