so what i ahve been doing lately is doing a reality check and its mainly just looking at my hands i do it at least every five min,, lately every since the middle of december ive benn recording my dreams,, im 15 and so i fall asleep around 11 but i shut my eyes around 10:33 and i try to meditate and then i fall asleep then i wake up around 3,, i usually record my dreams,, but this is where i feel like im not doing as much,, how can i take the time afteri wake up to really set my mind to become lucid in my next dream? what else can i do? how do i know if im making progres or not?? |
