so about a week ago i had a lucid, and i decided in part of it, i was going to go on the star ship voyager from star trek voyager. so i could have a chance to role play in it. well, i closed my eyes and concentrated, i felt my dreamworld go away and then visualized me at a control planel on the bridge pushing buttons i opened my eyes and only saw faint outlines of the panel and buttons. and then i lost lucidity. anyone have this experience b4? |

Yeah, if you are wanting to go on the star ship voyager, the best way is to search for it. Once you become lucid, go looking for the star ship. Search around corners, in the woods, or anywhere it could possibly be parked. If you can fly, fly around looking for it as well. It probably won't take you very long to find it. Finding something is always easier than making it appear, imo. Good luck to you! |

All the time. Try focusing on the more tangible elements of the dream (an oxymoron if there ever was one) like the texture of the control panel. That might help you stabilize the dream, which will cause your surroundings to snap into "reality". |

Try spinning in circles. |
