Yet Another Thread About Sleep Paralysis

Greetings Community,

This is yet another thread regarding sleep paralysis. However the question is different from the usual "I am scared help me get through this", "is this dangerous?" etc.

My question is, whenever I am successfully achieveing sleep paralysis doing a WILD, before sleep, and after sleep, I cannot sustain sleep paralysis for more than 2 minutes. I feel all the effects, the HI, vibrations, everything, but it dissapears very shortly after. I am not moving, thinking about the effects, or anything of that nature, I am simply riding the rollercoaster.

If this happens to some of you, you may know how frustrating it is counting upwards of 400, wasting a lot of sleep time (if you have an active lifestyle such as myself) and getting nothing out of it, you know what I'm taking about.

Any tips/suggestions would greatly be appreciated. I know this may have been covered elsewhere, but in any case I could not locate it.
