Thread: Making your LD's more vivid & doing more interesting thi

Well, I've been getting a lot better at lucid dreaming (3 in 10 days w00t!), but they are pretty boring and vauge. Once I become lucid I pretty much just let things go, not really doing anything. Any ways to make your dreams more interesting and vivid?

If you have enough dream control, you can change the entire scene. Or go to the LD experience checklist and find something to do. Another thing to do is just to do something really crazy that you wouldn't normally do, like walk around naked in a mall. (Just make sure you really are dreaming first. )

To make things more vivid I simply say "increase lucidity" and the colors then pop (i.e., become deeper than you've ever seen them).

I also recommend that you "plan" what you'd like to do once you're lucid.. go over it in your mind while lying in bed. Rehearsing what you'd like to do will ensure that you're not just wandering aimlessly wasting the experience.

One cool thing would be to ask to see/meet/talk to your Spirit Guide of Pure White Light!
