Please ppl i am having trouble sleeping, whenever i go to bed i only sleep like 3 hours i sleep at 1-3 am nowadays but will be sleeping earlier soon since school is coming. i slept 3 hours and i woke up,i actually dreamt a little while but thats all i remember, i will be tired in afternoon and want to sleep but i wont be tired at night or midnight at all..whats up with this?
i tried to stay up all afternoon not going to sleep but im still not tired at night.

and when i wake up my back suffer a little pain i cant really relax my whole body is that my hard bed or the position im sleeping? i seem to turn my body aside when i sleep.

i know it has nothing to do with dream....but hope i could get some help here.
