I've seen many MP3s that you can hear on your MP3 Player while you fall asleep with messages such as "You are dreaming", "This is a dream", "Do a reality check", etc. |

I think if you understand English, the message will get through. But I personally would probably just use Spanish. |

What the MP3 player does, is essentially provide you with a mantra. As long as you understand what it is saying, it will work the same way. Another good idea, is to leave the MP3 player ON as you sleep. Try setting it at a low volume (just barely loud enough that you can understand the words). Then, during your normal dream, the MP3 player can still be heard. This method is called EILD (externally induced lucid dream). I've had a EILD, and I simply played a song on repeat as I slept. I ended up hearing the song in my dream and realized I was lucid. Of course, the song was about lucid dreaming |

Exactly, I am going to do a WBTB + EILD attempt so that's why I was asking if it would work with a different language. |

I actually used two songs that a member on this forum created. Here is the link, http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...t=beatles+song . I just put it on my iTunes and played it on repeat form my laptop. |

Yeah, the owner of the file may have deleted it or something. That one you found will work fine though. I should probably give one warning. I found it is best to have volume set as low as you possibly can while still being able to hear/understand the words. If the volume is too high once you notice it in your dream, it can cause too much of a connection to your waking self/mind and actually cause instability. When at a lower volume, it didn't cause any problems at all for me. One more thing, your mind will generally do a pretty damn good job disguising the music. I missed lucidity once when I was attempting this because the music entered my dream as a group of DCs singing (the DCs were singing the song and I just thought that they knew too, lol). I also had the song come through on a radio a few times. |
