Thread: Experienc something expert in dreams?

I've been able to play the piano really well in dreams.

Cool! Because i am training on to become a VERY good trance DJ and play in a night club one day, so i want to dream about being Spyro and play as a DJ in a night club with Cynder.(Goals are listed in my new dream journal)

Anyone else?

Once I had a dream that I was shredding on a guitar. I was so shocked that I was doing it with such ease. I guess where I was practicing at the time and thinking of it a lot it found its way into my dreams.

I play guitar, and I always seem to play it really, really well in dreams. Weirdly, or perhaps not so weird, I always play it better when I'm in a normal dream as opposed to a lucid dream. I think it's because in a lucid dream I'm focusing on how to actually play, like what my fingers are doing and what notes I'm fretting like I do in real life, and kindve expect it to sound a certain way. Whereas in a normal dream, I just play and what my hands are doing is usually completely unrelated to the music.

I've composed music, if that counts, and done it really well in my dreams. Of course, I am never able to remember it

Every time I try to do something in dreams that I'm not good in waking, I suck just as much... only time was when I used a whole LD to draw myself in a waterfall, and it took so long it was nearly as bad as in waking...

Well I had a Lucid dream a few nights ago and I'm a terrible singer in real life, so I tried to sing in my dream and it stunned me how beautiful it sounded.

Awesome idea. When I have my next lucid (tonight hopefully), I'll find a piano and play Für Elise perfectly.

Awesome idea! As i have said before, I'd rather prefer playing as a DJ in a night club.

I compose too, and I keep a small digital recorder under my pillow for those times I wake up and remember the melody or harmony or rhythm or whatever. Then I can go right back to sleep. I'll use the recordings too when actually composing or producing tracks.

But the only thing I do in LDs I would consider "expert" is maybe fly. Of course, there's no relative counterpart to that in the waking world (excluding the obvious), so I don't know if it counts!

Well, it is still something you have to practise over and over again so yeah, i think it counts.

Well, rock climbing and parkour are a hell of a lot easier when you don't have gravity to contend with.

Doing either professionally would have to involve sponsors or a film set, though, so I can't say that I have.

I remember last night I saw a dream in which I was not totally in sleep. I playing a game and I was the person who really want to make a game. The game was something that I never heard nor seen before. I don't remember more about it.
