Loafs Tip: Try Hards Will Not Succeed

I have figured out something important that I haven't yet seen mentioned.
Trying too hard to accomplish a dream goal will result in failure. Numerous occasions, including last night, I have tried really hard to setup the dream before I fall asleep. If I try too hard, it fails miserably. I don't know if I speak for everyone, or what you should take from this message, however if you want to continue a dream, make it a priority but don't focus too hard on getting it accomplished. That also seems to apply for dream control.

For me at least, this seems to apply even to becoming lucid, if I try too hard it doesn't work' it's about finding that sweet spot between doing too little and doing too much.

Maybe that's why my dreams always seem to fail. I'm trying to hard. Hmmm.

To control a dream all you have to do is stabilize :)
Because when you have done that all you have to do is ask the dream stuff :)

But it's true what Loaf says if you try to hard, you don't actually believe it will happend, and then you fail xD

I agree for the most part. It seems to be a tricky thing, how hard is too hard? I've had things I've daydreamed of manifest itself into my dreams (but failed to recognize it). And yet sometimes it's like... I'm focusing too much on the daydream. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm not focusing enough on it (like when I try to MILD). Know what I mean?

Eh, but if I don't try really hard I won't succed! I guess its because if I don't, will get lazy and forget about the goal/lucidity and fail, but guess its different for everyone.
