Im confused im 13 and for the past year I have experienced great control over my dreams. I can do anything, i can grow wings if i am falling, i can do more... but i have no idea if its lucid dreaming, because i dont know what that is! I hope someone can explain, and is this normal? Someone said it wasnt and that it was researched with pshcology. I hope im not alone!!
