First off I still havent had any lucid dreams, all my dreams are however very vivid and realistic. Last night a friend of mine woke me up while I was trying to nap. I only get roughly 4 to 5 hours of sleep a night, and when I am tired during the day, I definatly will take a nap. I got off work at 7pm, came home and ate a little food then dozed off while watching tv. My friend texted me which woke me up, me and my friend occassionally play pranks on each other, but I always win because I always go overboard with it. I told him I was taking a quick nap so dont text me for a while. So he texted me every 10minutes for 40 minutes. Now when I have little sleep Im actually very functionable and I dont get cranky. But when people interrupt a nap of mine, which I rarely take, I get very cranky very fast.

Ive always warned him not to play pranks on me or mess with me because I will get him back in a big way. So what I did was set my alarm clock on my phone for 3am, 430am, 6am, 730am and finally 9am. He usually works like 1pm to 10pm. I know he always goes to bed roughly around 2am and wakes up around 10am. And I also know hes the kind of guy that wont mute his phone for any reason. So I went to sleep again around 2am and then at each of those marked times I woke up and texted him a question mark. Then went back to sleep. I was easily able to go back to sleep and before each time I went back to sleep I told myself time to dream. I said that over and over again until I fell asleep which didnt take very long at all.

Out of those 5 times that I woke up to text him and then go back to sleep, I had 3 very vivid dreams that I can full remember right now. So Im just wondering if by doing what I did, is that an example of a WILD? Other than the fact that it wasnt a lucid dream. Ive actually never done that before, I always tried the HILD technique back when I was really trying to have a lucid dream. It actually never worked for me, Id dream but not about what I wanted to dream about.
