Thread: Pandora?

Hey again peeps

I have been hearing (reading) more and more people saying stuff about there going to go to Pandora when there lucid and stuff, well I'm just wondering, what is Pandora? I've heard of it before but i just don't have a clue what it is?

Pandora is the world featured in Avatar.

The James Cameron film Avatar has created a lot of buzz on this forum. It's set in a beautiful alien environment, so a lot of people want to recreate it in their lucid dreams.

You probably heard of it from greek mythology. Pandora was the first woman created, most known for a box which released all the evils into the world. But the one people are talking about is from Avatar. Another one of the common goals is to ride a Banshee. This is probably referring to either Avatar or Halo.

I plan to do both...especially the Halo version, as it comes equipped with weapons and such.

But yeah, Pandora's this trippy place from the Avatar movie. I'd especially like to check it out at night, with all the bioluminescent plants and such, and minus the rabid beasties trying to kill you.

Fad indeed. Many people have been drawn to this site because of Avatar. I find it interesting.
