Since I've been working with some of the techniques discussed here, I've made great progress towards having an LD. My dream recall is better than its ever been, and I often remember 2 or 3 dreams a night. I've even been able to realize that I'm dreaming a few times (though this always seems to wake me up). The big problem I have is that I keep oversleeping though. I sleep right through my alarm, which goes off for an hour before it stops itself. As much as I like the dream changes I'm experiencing, oversleeping is getting me into trouble at work. Being late all the time is not conducive to keeping your boss happy, heh. If anyone has any tips on what to do to prevent this oversleeping, I would be very happy to hear them. Thanks in advance. |
