First lucid dream in about two months!

I was in walking around in the electronics department at Walmart with my friend Bryton. He was trading in a bunch of old games, I asked to buy Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories off of him, he said no that it was 14 dollars new at Meijer. So somehow we were outside then, walking around and then there were zombies all around, I ran into a fence and a car alarm went off, I was scared out of my mind, so I ran around, them chasing me. I think I became lucid there, because I was really running and aware. It wasn't a dream anymore. I was actually out of breath, I ran over to a group of people that I knew, I told them that I was getting attacked and asked why they didn't help, "Cuz I didn't see it" they said. We got in a car, and by now it was night, they were fighting about what they were going to eat. I felt like I was going to wake up. I've read some in the part of the forums how you can retain it, but I forgot, then I remembered you can spin and it works I began t spin, but only my upper body was spinning. I sat back down, feeling like I had a good night's sleep, the man said "what the f*** are you doing, sit back down.." I laughed at a dream character's humor, and I suggested McDonald's, it is cheap, 1 dollar for a cheeseburger, fries, coke, etc.. they said okay, and we drove there. The zombie infection was still going on and they handed us our food with their infected hands so I threw my burger and food down and ran. Me, Bryton I guess.. and someone else were in this nice looking structure. We were in a basement then suddenly.. We were being chased by zombies, I dug into a pouch to get a crayon, which hurts them. By this time I wasn't lucid. But then a man came by, and hit them and knocked them all down. And I said out loud this must be a dream and I came back. We followed this ghost-looking man to an elevator. I told him I was dreaming and didn't know where or what to do. He said - you're stuck here. I told him that it was my dream and I could go anywhere I wanted. He quoted - No, you're in with my energy, we're one, I'm controling you, this is MY dream, kid. I followed him into a elevator, and we went down to a nurse's office or a doctor's office, He went to get his blood pressure checked. A kind black nurse came up to me and asked if I wanted some vitamins, I said I don't know, this is a dream. She said, No, sweetie. You're not dreaming. You don't come here unless you're dead. By this time I was scared. I said, but I remember going to sleep. She said, but you don't come here unless your dead. I said I didn't appear here, I followed him here, I pointed to the ghost-man. She said, it doesn't matter, you're now allowed in here unless your dead. But I remember falling asleep! I said. The nurse quoted: Some people die in their sleep.. I was so scared. I was so scared that I found myself in my bed, awake. I said to myself: I told that bitch I was dreaming. ;)
