Anybody know anything about how outside temperature affects dreaming, or if it doesnt make to much of a difference as long as its not in the extreme. I would think that a colder temp would be better, but maybe thats just my personal preference. |

There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt...
Simple answer, adjust the temperature to whatever makes you more comfortable. The more soundly you sleep, the more vivid your dreams will become. |

Tips For Newbies | What to do in an LD
Unless otherwise stated, views expressed in this post are not necessarily representative of the official Dream Views stance. Hell, it's probably not even representative of me.
If I couldn't sleep in a comfortable temperature, I'd choose too cold over too hot. Even if its uncomfortably cold, I can sleep fairly well, and I think sleeping well is the main key to dreaming. Having slept in a room that gets possibly into the 40's during winter, and over 90 in the summer, I find colder to be preferable. Plus, I can get that nice cozy feeling under the covers, which is very relaxing, especially in the early morning, prime time for dreaming. |
