      Unhappy Those Stupid DCs...

Has a DC ever kept you from becoming lucid, woken you up from a lucid dream, or made you lose lucidity? If so, share experience here

Last night I was having my first lucid (It was very short) and my math teacher kept me from flying by grabbing me around my waist, and I woke up as I was struggling against him. Damn DC.

Yup, all the time. Last night, one of my DCs made my alarm go off on my cell phone (a dream version, not the real one). It took all my willpower to remain in the dream instead of thinking it was time to wake up. I was tipped off when the sound was my old alarm instead of the new one (I recently got tired of the old one so I changed it). Sneaky DC!

Then I went over to the DC to demand why she did that. Before I could get the words out of my mouth, she turned around, gave me a look, and I woke up. Argh!

      Those DC's

Recently, I've been working at communicating with my DC's. I have found that they can be helpful to me and my LD goals. I have been asking for their assistance when I want to do something like a body mod or reinforce my LD.
It seems that the more I get in touch with my DC's, my LD experiences have taken on a higher level of realism.
In my last LD, I made it a goal to just sit and talk with a DC. He was a young boy, I asked him questions about where he came from, does he represent a part of my physical mind, will I be able to see him again.
He seemed genuinely intrigued by my approach, as if I had finally bridged a gap between the LD world and my own. He didn't have much to say, I felt as if we were communcating more on a subliminal level.
I even went as far as asking him if he represented a particular part of my mind and what his purpose was as I slept. I told him that I knew that I was asleep, he smiled at me.
From there I went on my way, walking past many other DC's, I remember wondering if they all had their own purpose in my LD world.
      got nitro?
