Thread: animal guides... animal foes

in my lucid dreams i tend to have a lot of animals... it's nice - most of them become my friends and i have interesting experiences with them.

i sometimes have a dog in my dreams... in the past i've befriended a giant fish, a giant bird, and i plan on having river otters as other animal guides.

but... i seem to have a reoccurring animal enemy! monkeys are always trying to attack me in lucids!

anybody have similar experiences..? or maybe have thoughts about the significance of an animal guide/enemy?

I barely ever encounter animals in my dreams, I just flipped through my entire DJ and found nothing about an animal, besides my cat.

Odd, considering I am a... I'm not a furry, no.

Well my DG is actually a white talking tiger. she has the most sweetest voice ever its amazing, and I have experienced animals attacking me. Birds tried attacking me but since I have full control I killed them which I actually felt really bad about because it wasnt nice the way they just dropped to the ground like a disease was floating in the air or something. Had a snake talk to me once which scared me and woke me up but it was pretty intense. Took me ages to get used to the animals in my dreams because talking animals isn't something you get used to right away but it is really cool

Mostly humans in my dreams, but I do have animals.

Large beasts often attack me if anything does. Not usually people. (Except zombies.)

i was following a giant ostrich this morning! haha. they seem to lead to interesting things

oh and dream420, your dg sounds great! nice name by the way.

I only remember seeing an animal in my dream once, and it didn't add anything.
