The easiest one is to just try remember all events of the day and if any were really weird. If you suspect an LD, just do the nose pinch.

If you're already retarded, a cover-up isn't necessary.

whenever i plug my nose to RC nobody has a clue and they dont really think its out of the ordinary if they do notice

I agree, just remembering how you got to where you are at that moment has never failed me. It doesnt look retarded either...unless people can read your mind.

Brilliant! Exactly what you want...wish I was at that point. Still trying to keep from zoning out quite so much...

I don't want to feel like I'm turning into a whackjob nutcase, so I just try to be more observant about things rather than question them. If I question something, then I RC

I just R/C in public and people sometimes give me weird looks. I don't care though. I do the hand-look and nose-pinch, but I'm not exactly discrete about it.

EDIT: But yeah, I generally do what Armistice does. Except I do it because I'm just lazy, not because I'm worried about insanity; a wet cat isn't worried about being tossed into a bath, so to speak.
