Lucid nightmare, this scared me as fuck

Hi all.

I consider myself a little experienced lucid dreamer [i can lucid dream since 2007, i had several WILDS and DILDS, but never a MILD].

Before sleep i said to myself "i'll lucid dream, i'll recognize when i'll be dreaming" like i do everyday...This never worked...But yesterday, on the first dream i had recognized that i was dreaming.

It was dark(80% dark, was like it was real night), i was on my room.My body was a little heavy [the dream wasn't so clear], so i got up from my bed and spinned (that was funny)

Ok. I tried to change scenario, get out of my house, turn the lights on, but i just couldn't.

This got me angry.So i've done RC's just to confirm again that i was dreaming, so i've done the nose one and that worked, after this i've tried to pass my finger into my other hand and it don't worked.

So i got scared, since i couldn't control that shit, the only thing that i wanted was: WAKE UP.

I tried, but i can't.

NEVER IN A DREAM I CAN WAKE UP BY MY WILL

I said "now i'll wake up" but nothing, i've layed, i've closed my eyes and said mantras to wake up and done so much things to wake up but it just don't worked.

I really thought that i was dead.

There was a time that i was feeling my real body in the bed but i couldn't wake up even feeling that.So i got sexual thoughts of trying to get out of house to search some girl to fuck, and i felt my real penis gotting hard [this was interessant, this time i was feeling 2 bodys at the same time]...

I tried to scream with my real body but nothing.

I couldn't get out of my house in this ld, that was a lucid nightmare, after a time finally i woke up.

This stressed me so much.

Anyone had experiences like that?

[Shit, now i remember that before that lucid dream i had another one that i forgot everything, the only thing i remember is that i was putting my clothes off and they showed up every time i've taken it off lol]

it was not good.

I'm a little sick [faryngitis]....

I wasn't in control, and wake up was impossible.

This was the first MILD that i have haha

My first LD was a little simlar. I recognized I was dreaming, moved a bit but then soon everything blanked out. Then I tried to wake up but just couldn't, instead I felt painful vibrations in the parts of my body where I tried to apply pressure. I thought I would just lie there, in pain, and will never wake up. It lasted for I guess 1 minute or so, could be longer though, I don't remember, but I was scared shitless.

It was a long lucid dream i think.

Since i began dreaming i recognized the feeling of something wrong was happening...

First i tried to change things, change light level, get out....

I think it lasted 40 mins [usually my lucids are long, DILD's, WILD's, and now MILD's].

The problem wasn't the heavy body, the problem was that i was stuck in my room, the couch was in the front of the door and it was unmovable, and i tried to wake up but couldn't.

Other thing that now i remember is that i was hearing my real brother when i was feeling my real body and dream body at the same time and i tried to communicate with him i remember that i said "Hey, wake me up please if you're listening, i'm stuck in a hellish dream" but my real mouth was closed.

It remembered me of the movie Waking Life, i'm still scared.

I think this is an OBE rather than a LD.

It was not an OBE...It was a lucid dream [i don't believe in OBE's, the thing is that i was feeling the usual feeling of being dreaming].

I never CAN wake up by will in my dreams...NEVER...
