ive been trying to dild for about 2 months now, and I havent really had any real Success except for one time when I woke up right away. Ive recently have been trying to wild and have been making great progress, I get to the point where I see all the flashing lights but then I just loose concentration. Ive been trying this right before going to sleep, and now I would like to try wilding after the Rem cycle is finished. Is there a certain time to set your clock for the most success?
Most people have the greatest success in WILDing after 4.5-6 hours of sleep. It's very difficult, if not impossible, to WILD without some amount of previous sleep. What you want to shoot for is the beginning of the longest REM period of the night. It is recommended that you wake up after this amount of time, stretch, etc., to wake yourself up a bit, then settle back down to WILD as usual. Try the tutorials.
Mario is correct, 4-6 hours of sleep is the time most WILDers shoot for. I, myself, like to WILD with naps during the day. Usually 1-5 hours upon waking in the morning. Both of these are excellent times to try and can work differently for different people. I suggest trial and error. Try to figure out which time works best for you! Good Luck!
