Most people have the greatest success in WILDing after 4.5-6 hours of sleep. It's very difficult, if not impossible, to WILD without some amount of previous sleep. What you want to shoot for is the beginning of the longest REM period of the night. It is recommended that you wake up after this amount of time, stretch, etc., to wake yourself up a bit, then settle back down to WILD as usual. Try the tutorials. |
