Hey Andy! |

So I've been practicing lucid dreaming for about 2 months now and I have had 6 lucid dreams and I remember at least 3-4 dreams a night which is awesome! However, I feel like now my brain is starting to feel real physical feelings such as pain! And I mean real pain. One lucid I smashed the ground and got tazzered during a fun battle. It felt like real pain but it was ok, cuz it was cool. |

Oh, and I don't mean to scare you, but you may get other... funny... "symptoms" as you get more and more into lucid dreaming. But don't let that scare you. At the end, you will become a master of your dreams. |

It might have been a real life headache... |

I've noticed that whenever I feel real pain in my dreams, it's because something is hurting in real life. Just recently I had a dream where someone was wrenching my hand in a very painful way, and when I woke up I had my hand twisted under me uncomfortably in my sleep. |
