Not over keen on set ups like that myself - when they say it's free but expect you to give them half a CV worth of information about yourself. IMO, that page looks gimmicky.

I saw that logo on a lucid dream youtube channel. They looked fine to me. If they ask you for VERY personal information just dont download it.

what you do is wake up for a WILD and set the timer and then just fall asleep naturally, dont try to stay awake. the time will beep and wake you up and dont move at all and falll back asleep again and i guess this continues until one of the times after it beeps and you begin to fall asleep you will instead enter sleep paralysis.
