      Which LaBerge book?

I'd like to improve my LD frequency and thought I'd get one of Steven LaBerge's books. I always read before bed and figured reading one of his books just before sleeping could be a good thing. Anyway, I see he has at least three books out: "Lucid Dreaming: A Concise Guide to Awakening in Your Dreams and in Your Life" (84 pages), "Lucid dreaming" (304 pages), and "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming" (335 pages). I've also seen one titled "Lucid Dreaming The Power of Being Awake & Aware in Your Dreams". I was wondering what the differences are in these books, if anybody knows. I imagine the one with 335 pages would be most thorough, but don't know that for sure.

      All of them.

Haha, not really, but if you have to only pick one, then go with EWoLD (Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming). It's been hailed over and over as The Bible of lucid dreaming. It's a little dated, but it's got loads of info. A necessity.

Thanks! That was the way I was leaning. However, after I finish that book, would the others be of any additional use?

Amazon has quite an array of books on Lucid Dreaming, and many would be an asset to your lucid dreaming library. But if you just want to stick with Laberge and/or if you want the fundamentals, I'd go with ETWoLD, like no-name said. Although I don't have the book yet, (it SHOULD be coming via FedEx any day now... WHERE is is???) I've heard that it's great, but that a lot of other books can supplement it really well.

I haven't read any of those, but LaBerge is a well of knowledge. I would suggest getting them all.

The concise guide is like a ladybird guide to Lucid dreaming. Very small, only the most basic induction info.

ETWOLD is by far the best.
Lucid dreaming can be downloaded free off the web.
      Lucid Dreams:-
      MILD/DILD: 79
      WILD: 13
      DEILD:13
      (TOTAL: 108 )

Well, hopefully ETWOLD will be in my mailbox when I get home. :-) Thanks.

I was under the impression that his newer books are very similar to ETWOLD.

His new books are a slimmed down version of highlights from ETWOLD and the the earlier "Lucid Dreaming" (which seems harder to come by now)
