ok ive been trying to do wbtb for a few days now and ever time im goin to bed i tell myself, "im gonna do a wbtb" and set a few alarms. then at 3-4 am, i wake up, say fuck it, and go back to sleep. i kick myself when i wake up. any tips to make sure i stay awake? besides drinking a lot of water which im gonna try tonight. thanks in advance |
