      Problem with the LD

I tryed the WILD technique so I get up 6 hours after I goes to bed and then I was counting from 500 to 0, when I was at like 200 I felt that my brain goes 'crazy' for a moment, probably I went into paralis thing. In that point I should dreaming and having LD as I had my mind but nothing happend, maybe I had hypegosomething but cant tell that with sure. I was lay for 5 min and then give up.
Should I wait more to get into LD? If yes by how much more time?

I heard of one guy and it took him 2 hours till he got there.

But you should at least wait 30 minutes, or maybe an hour before you think about giving up.

5 minutes is just nowhere near enough for anyone. A 5 minute induction is something everyone has been waiting for. It just seems very improbable.

And I kinda doubt that was SP you went into.

Problem is that I loss my mind after ~20min of induction ( I tryed it before but when I just go to bed at 23 o clock). Also I get up in 10 min after the REM cycle starts. Anyway I will try today stay for longer in induction, hope it will help. Thanks for the answers

SP= Sleep Paralysis. And give it some time to give yourself a chance at success! These things take time and practice before they really work.
      ...And then to dream...
