start a dream journal and begin to do reality checks daily, my personally favorite reality check is the plugging your nose one, you ask yourself if your dreaming and then plug your nose and try to breath, of course you wont be able to breath but if you were in a dream you would still be able to breath and thats how you would know your dreaming . it will take some time but you will be a lucid dreamer yet! |

Law abiding citizen by day, breaking the laws of reality by night.
"How can you be aware that you're dreaming, if you're never aware that you're awake?"
If you don't mind losing sleep: DEILD, WILD, WBTB |

Personally, I couple a lot of Reality Checks thougout the day and a WBTB after about 5-6 hours. I've had about 2 lucids a week with that method so far. A dream journal is essential too. I've been slacking in mine recently so I've went from remembering about 3-4 dreams a night to about 2-3. |
