Hi everyone. I was wondering whether you could use lucid dreaming to actually practise certain movements for boxing and other sports so that when I actually practise at my club the movements seem like second nature because I will have practised them in my subconcious. Cheers. |

Yeah, hopefully but do you think it will only take one practise session in a dream to subconciously learn a move (I already know and practise the moves, i only want to make them second nature) for real life? |

It's been said that when you sleep, your body practices all the things you've done that day. I bet that if you'd lucid dream while this is happening, it would really help. |

if you're doing gym in a dream for example, you'll going to have a physical result in the reality? |
