      Need some help

Are there any different ways you can induce dreams other then lucids?

Nightmares,False Awakenings, Different types of dreams.
I believe if I learned to induce these types of dreams I can use it to become lucid through them.
Oh, and im not talking about supplements like vitamins, orange juice. or that weird stuff people tell you to take drink or eat. If there ARE any supplements that anyone has used for inducing certain dreams and it has actually WORKED. Then please tell..

Are you talking about things like using dream incubation to have false awakenings, and reality checking whenever you get out of bed? Or, watching horror movies and then reality checking whenever you are frightened or have a nightmare? Basically, creating a dreamsign for yourself?

No like you know how some people refuse to watch scary movies before they go to sleep because they do not want nightmares?
Well I want things that WILL induce nightmares before I go to bed. Things that WILL induce false awakenings.
I believe if I am able to have nightmares or false awakanings I can train myself to realize what they are etc..

hmm induce FA's?? well, no exact methodology by any means but people who try to WILD and also people that instantly sit up and do an RC upon waking up tend to have FA's. Though there's no guarantee- experiment, experiment, experiment...
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

For nightmares, I dunno. If I watch scary shit I get them pretty easily... Could try things like having people jump out at you, leaving things you're afraid/phobic of around, pictures of things that are freaky, maybe some sort of challenge where, if you fail, something scary happens? Like you have to solve a puzzle and if not you play something freaky? Might get your mind into problem-solving gear and make you dream about it at night. This would be a fairly personal thing, depends on what you're really and truly terrified of. Photoshop dead pictures of your loved ones. Worrying about them always gives me nightmares

As far as FAs... surround your room with things related to LDing? Posters about LDing, clocks, writing, objects that make you think of LDing? That one is a toughie for me, because I never ever have FAs anyway I've remembered like four in my entire life. There's the traditional rc-whenever-you-wakeup. Could also try just laying down in bed whenever you first walk into your room and then RC and pretend you just woke up and found yourself in an FA. I tried that once and I got two FAs that both made me lucid.
