Ok guys I had my first LD experience last night and it was WIERD!

I kept waking up in my room, looking at my hands and realizing I was in a dream because they would be all bent out of shape or transparent, falling back asleep and waking up in my room again and again. I probably woke up in my room while dreaming and became lucid soon after about 5 or 6 times! Here is a list of things I experienced and what I want to improve.

1. I experienced alot of SP. At one point I moved my toes, and got a little bit of movement and control back in my body, but overall could not get out of the SP and inevitably woke up breathing real hard. I think because it was my first experience, I guess I just need to calm down. Any other tips on how you guys got over SP?

2. When I tried to talk to my Dream Character (Mom) my speech was completely slurred and not understandable. This sort of freaked me out in my dream, and made me very uncomfortable, but at the same time made me VERY lucid because I knew I must be dreaming if my ability to speak was so altered.

3. I tried spinning at one point to change the dream scene, and it worked it a weird way. I was envisioning waking up next to a girl so I could have sex with her...but ended up in my room again, only during the day and with all my stuff all over the place. Interesting though, later in the dream when I had a very low level of lucidity I randomly ended up sort of seeing myself having sex with a girl and feeling some pleasure for about 3 seconds, and then the girl disappeared. I tried getting her back but could not.

4. Because I kept waking up lucid in my house, and all the lights did not work and my hands were all distorted (in a sort of creepy long finger way) and weird things were happening in my dream I had a general sense of creepiness and a little bit of fear. I know there is nothing to be afraid of in a dream, but at the same time because I cannot control my dreams yet I feel vulnerable to some weird things. Any advice you guys can give me on this topic would be fantastic.

Overall I had some really interesting experiences and can't wait to keep experimenting with and improving my LD abilities! All replies are appreciated!
