When my recall slips, I try shifting my sleep schedule a little bit in one direction or the other. Try waking up 15 minutes earlier, or going to bed a little sooner/later. Your timing may be screwed up, so you are nowhere near a dream when you wake up. Try to get yourself to wake directly out of REM sleep. |

i remembered four dreams today!!!!!! it was weird becuase when i woke up i couldnt remember anything then when i was about to get in the car i remembered one of them. then when i was in 1st period i remembered another one. then in 2nd period i remembered 2 more!!!! i wrote them all down on paper. |
