ok so i realize the topic of supplements has come up frequently, but i have not found much info on when exactly i should be taking them.

i have bought some melatonin and b6 and am currently doing WBTB and practicing mild/wild on alternate nights. when exactly should i take these supplements?? melatonin before i go to sleep and b6 when i wake up before Mild/wild??

plus are these actually effective, or is it just a placebo?
