Poll: Please Help with my research paper!

Hello dreamviews! im writing a Graduation project report on the how lucid dreaming can positively effect your life. The paper will focus on why I believe lucid dreaming is a worthwhile hobby. I need to collect some poll data from my fellow dreamers =) if you guys care to take the time to answer a few questions! Thanks dreamviews!

1. have you used lucidity to combat nightmares? explain.

2.How has lucid dreaming had an effect of your everyday outlook? overall happiness?

3. Have you ever used a lucid dream to practice for a real life skill or situation? explain


Thanks again everyone! I realize these questions have been asked however i must use my own questions and collect my own data otherwise im not allowed to use it in my report.

I would love to help, but, lucid dreaming hasn't made much of a difference, because, I have a long way to go to have another LD, however, I'm sure once I can get a couple, it'll have a positive effect. BTW, you mispelled negative* :)

I can't really answer this as it's not as simple as an either-or. Lucid dreaming has potential good influences and bad influences like anything else, and you can have both at the same time.

Right, I totally agree with your point but im just asking overall what impact it's had on you

Ive had good and bad with lucid dreaming but it's definatley played an overall positive role in my life.

I know the questions are kind of broad- feel free to say whatever you wish in response to them because im not really looking for specific awnsers, just something quotable ;)

Shouldn't there be some questions to ask of something bad it has caused? I mean, to make it look more dramatic! Anyway, questions:

Never, I like nightmares too much as to "combat" them, or at least not to make them stop or be less nightmarish <.<

2.How has lucid dreaming had an effect of your everyday outlook? overall happiness?
Not much, both are separate and unless there was some really, really cool/bad/boring dream it won't affect my waking life regarding emotions. Still see reality as the same.

3. Have you ever used a lucid dream to practice for a real life skill or situation? explain
Yes, there was times when I could not understand a certain math formula, so to counter it used LD to study, it worked but I just stopped caring once the subject was done in school, so forgot them lol (The others are still being developed)
