DILD occurs when you're at least making somewhat of an effort to lucid dream, as in writing in your dream journal to improve recall or taking B6 to make dreams more vivid, doing reality checks to remind yourself, etc. After that, there's no technique needed if you can induce a DILD naturally. Technically those things mentioned are not "techniques" as much as simply little things you can do to help with lucid dreaming in general. |

I just ment that I can DILD very easily, so I´m a natural with it. |
