      I´m gonna Lucid Dream again.

I´ve not been really trying to lucid dream for just maybe 2 months. It feels like ages.

Now it is the time for me to get back to LDing!!! I´m gonna drop WILD, it´s just too hard for now. I´m gonna shoot for DILD. I´m a natural DILDer, so why not?

Oh! Guess what? As I wrote that last sentence, I felt the warmth I always felt when I really tried to LD! I had forgotten that...

      So here is my plan:
      1. Dream Journal
I´m gonna write my DJ in two occasions: During WBTB and in the morning. But only the morning it has to be very detailed.

      2. Reality Checks
I´m gonna do a combination RC (Hand, Nose, Clock/Reading and something additional whenever I feel like it) at least once every 5 minutes and everytime I see my dreamsigns. I´ll RC with care every time and ask myself "Am I dreaming?"

      3. Future Memory Training
I will tell myself things like "the next time I drink I will do a RC" to improve my future-related-memory.

      4. Lucid Activities
Reading DV, watching lucid videos etc.

      5. Lucid Audio
I´ll listen audio tracks that help induce lucidity.

      6. Autosuggestion
I´ll tell myself that I´ll have an LD.

      WAKE BACK TO BED
      During the whole time...
      ..do reality checks.
..know that you´ll have an LD, know what you are doing.

      1. Write my dream journal (~10min)
      2. Go to the computer and do LD stuff with it (~30min)
      3. Do some heavy autosuggestion (~10min)
      4. Go to sleep

That should be all. Sorry about my bad writing (I change the "person I´m giving the advice" all the time and stuff). I´m gonna WBTB tonight and that will be the start for my LD path.

Natural DILDer means you have LDs with no techniques. Why would you have to "LD again" if you're natural?

DILD occurs when you're at least making somewhat of an effort to lucid dream, as in writing in your dream journal to improve recall or taking B6 to make dreams more vivid, doing reality checks to remind yourself, etc. After that, there's no technique needed if you can induce a DILD naturally. Technically those things mentioned are not "techniques" as much as simply little things you can do to help with lucid dreaming in general.

I just ment that I can DILD very easily, so I´m a natural with it.

I had a low level of lucidity last night. I was walking down a road and then I was thinking that this must be a dream. As I was looking at my hand, a dude right in front of me turned his head around and started screaming. That woke me up.
