on the lookout for DreamSigns: a funny story
right, at first this thread was supposed to be about something else. It all started when I was taking my bi-weekly trip to the ukranian version of a wallmart, thinking about the importance of dreamsigns versus the importance of MILD conditioning prior to sleep. For instance, I have a list of dreamsigns that appear on a regular basis in dreams, however I used to have trouble recognizing them while asleep, however with MILD, repeating "I will do a reality check and realize I'm dreaming" during the day and before falling asleep not only was I able to recognize dreamsigns, but also just recognize totally random stuff, all the while hile also doing RC's along the way, for instance take todays dream:

I was in my classroom that was portrayed as my living room, there was a gamer dude from my class playing the NES (he usually plays on a high-end laptop during class in RL), and everyone else was out. I thought to myself "hey! this isn't right- there are too few people for class" and did an RC and gained lucidity and did some stuff that's not important for this discussion.
anyhow as I was contemplating my wise theory and thinking about how smart and insightful I was I was already in front of the store, however I then noticed that I suddenly had the leather case/folder thing that I carry all my university copybooks and pens in. It was dark and I arrived from university many hours ago. It was totally out of place and I went on a RC-age spree before being sure I wasn't dreaming. It was one of the few times I seriously thought that I actually could be dreaming while in RL- I even for a few moments, while looking at the folder appreciated how 'realistic' it and the surrounding environment was. Seems though, I was so busy looking for dreamsigns and anything unusual and "feeling wise" that this whole time I couldn't spot a big out of place folder/case I was carrying. This made my recently gained wisdom crash in my face, humbling me instantly, filling me with laughter and at the same time making me even wiser.
