@OP: I wouldn't let any nay-sayers get you down about it. The whole "you need to find a real girl" rhetoric is closed-minded and silly. Think about it: if lucid dreaming is so widely used to do enjoyable things that some people've never done before - like drive a car, perform in a band onstage, or go skydiving - why shouldn't it be used to practice sex? Sex is an enjoyable thing that some people haven't yet done, so why exclude it?

Just to warn you, though, it is tough. I've never been able to do anything sexual in normal dreams without waking up prematurely, let alone lucid dreams. You'd probably be more successful with flying or something generic like that. Sex...I would call an 'advanced' lucid task.
