Thanks, will give it a watching

Nice. Thank you so much for posting this.
I watched this with my wife on the telly (I live in the UK).
It pretty much corroborated what I've been telling her about Lucid Dreaming and dreaming in general
.
I don't think she particularly beleived me before, but by the end she was very impressed with me.
Part One
Part Two
Part Three
Part Four
Part Five
Part Six
Oh! Ha ha ha... I literally just watched that on the iplayer. In fact that's what encouraged me to come a-browsing this place again.
Been away a while - uni etc - but I think I'm going to make some more time to contribute to places like this. Missed discussions with other dreamers :D
I thought that bit about nightmares made a lot of sense.
All of it was interesting, nice video and would recommend other people should watch this before attempting Lucid, has a lot of nice facts about dreaming in general and kind of leans into LD towards the end.
It treated lucid dreaming with respect and didn't fall down the usual pitfall of making look like some act of dabbling in the paranormal.
yeah it was very interesting. most comments made sense, especially about the nightmares and why we dream. it was funny when the last part mentioned lucid dreaming, it did seem sorta 'out there' when listening to what everyone else mentioned. like - everything before LDing had meaning while the last part was like "yeah its good fun" sorta thing. then he mentions that it can help people with nightmares :L
The bit about increased REM being associated with depression was dubious, to say the least, and seemed to conflict with everything else I've ever learnt about dreams.
just watched all of it, sure does give you a whole other perspective about dreams. I saw parts 1-5 then the 6th one wouldn't work :/ (got it to work eventually), nice documentary though it was really informative :)
Hahah, that's the program I saw that led me to this site. Whilst I was watching it I got very interested in finding out more about lucid dreams and came across Dream Views :)
Very good documentary !
Covers pretty much everything about dreaming, hope a lot of people will see this and get rid their prejudice about lucid dreaming.
Hey, going to watch it tonight. Hope it helps me.
Thanks for the link, will watch this either tonight or tommorrow :)
Cool documentary. I think I learned more from the first five parts than the last one... but maybe that's just because I've already looked up a bunch of stuff about lucid dreaming. It was a pretty good introduction to it though.
