Well, that is not really my point. I have been experiementing on what makes it harder to have one. Thereby hopefully helping others know what to avoid or what to do.

From what I have found out the MOST common reason people cannot have a lucid dream is from lack of sleep. And by lack I mean less than 9 hours. Also, you have to sleep on a regular scheduel. Whenever I would stay up for 20+ hours I would have very very vague dreams if I remembered them past the first few waking minutes.

If you have christmas break or some other form of time off go ahead and try sleeping 10 hours a day and the same time every day. I found by not doing that my lucid dreams went away. Hope I helped. If not don't reply so the post can die a faster death than it otherwise would.
