Hi, I have never been a nap person, I can fall asleep but it's really hard for me too. I have tried to WILD but couldn't achieve SP.
Is it even possible to WILD if you aren't sleepy, or even go into SP ?
Should I keep trying? If it is possible, I might be in business.
I have trouble relaxing enough to WILD if I'm not at least a little tired.
Many people, including myself, get pretty tired right around three after noon. If your schedule permits, you can try and hit that time period.
I would say its better to wait until you are tired to try. Later in the night or when you wake up in the morning.
Yeah, it's possible as I have done so in the past. Though, being tired makes WILDing so much easier for me.
If it's hard for you to do so, why don't you try WBTB combined with WILDing?
I try every night, I wake up naturally at the start of REM. Can never succeed though.Quote:
