Any technique to remember that you can control your dreams?

So my problem is, I keep inducing these LD's and i either just wake up, or i never remember that i can control them... Meaning as soon as i woke up from my LD this morning i was angry because i just watched it like it was any other dream, like i have been for years. I am keeping a dream journal thingy and by what i wrote down the clues that is it an LD were obvious. ( impossible scenery changes, people changing from one person to another than back again, and other various unlikely things) So does anyone else have this problem? and how can i start to remember that i can control these?

Well.. It seems for me, that the first time I was lucid, I just new I could control it!
This is probably because I came here, and looked up online Lucid Dreaming, and I just read things that said. You can control your dreams. So it just stuck with me. Alot of natruals say they dont relize they can control them, so. its kinda weird because they had no one tell them they can control them.
And I bet next time you LD you will be able to control them.

Hmm I am not sure what to tell you except using phrases like Control Now or something. I am a natural, been LDing since I was little and have always been able to control.

yea you just gotta keep practicising - and have really defined goals.
just like you're keeping you're journal and trying to remember your dreams, you should also be constantly thinking of what you want to do when you become lucid - even if it is just controlling it. next time you're lucid, try something small like summoning a chocolate bar.
just think, "ok im dreaming. so if im dreaming im in control. so if im in control, when i turn around there will be a chocolate bar lying on the ground" (this is actually what i did one time when i became lucid-even before i knew what being lucid was!)
sometimes it can be difficult to do things even when you know you're in control - like last night i had a lucid and i was trying to make this guy disappear and he wouldn't so i started thinking that maybe i couldn't make him disappear which is really just self-defeating because its your dream and if you want him to run around naked balancing a tunip on his head you should be able to!
but practice makes perfect so i guess we gotta just keep at it!

DILDS (controlled ones lasting more than 3 seconds): 10
WILDS, FILDS, and any other ILDS: doesn't work for me...so far.

      Before you go to sleep.
Say this and command it loudly in your head (Helps if you yell it outloud)
"I WILL REMEMBER TO CONTROL MY DREAMS!!! I am able to control my dreams, it is my dream, I can control it easily"
Then next time you LD you will definantly be able to control your dream
