Let's say if u became lucid in a dream but u had no control over anything, u could still do the things in real life, but nothing special. U r still aware that u r dreaming though.
Would this still count as a lucid dream?
Thanx

Yes, all dreams where you do realize you are dreaming, is a lucid dream. There is different levels of lucidity, though. Some at a low level, some at a high level (with much control).
Yep, like Human said, lucidity is just being aware that you're dreaming. Generally, the more conscious you are in the dream, the mroe lucid you'll be, and the more stuff you'll be able to do. Some lucid dreams you might not be very conscious, and might lose lucidity quickly. Usually, you'll be more conscious near the beginning of your sleep, when your mind is still accustomed to being awake.
On a similar subject, I had a dream where I dreamed about lucid dreaming, but I wasn't actually lucid. I had visited the forum just before I went to bed, and triggered a dream from that. I did the spin technique for whatever reason, started to fly, but I don't think that I was actually lucid, since I was not aware that I was dreaming. Hard to explain. I can't remember if I had taken any B6 that night either, but I think I did.
