just a quick note

remember at school, how in eg history lessons, where the teacher would write loaaaaaaaaads down on the white board and make us copy it into our books and the whole class would think, 'why cant you just give us a sheet with it written down on'.

thats because we remember thinks so much better when we write them down or say them out load, it goes from our imagination to reality, and the brain is trained to remember reality and forget imagination, hence why we forget dreams.
with a dream journal, do you find that once youv written it down or recored it ona tape recorder, you remember it anyway, in doing so its no longer your imagination, your speaking it out load/ writting it down has made it reality.

so before you go to bed write about lucid dreaming or/and talk about it. maybe the osrt of lucid dream you want to have, what ever you want, but doing these two things, i find, is a whole lot better than just thinking 'i will have a lucid dream' in bed.
