I'm not a big gamer but recently got a used PS-2 and was wondering what, if any, games might be dream-like. I'm wondering if they could be used to induce lucidity. Games where you're flying would be cool. Any suggestions?

Well, I am not sure about any PS2 games, but I used to (and still do) play the Myst games for the PC. I think you can get myst for ps2. It makes me think of my LDs soooo much.
Dual hearts for the ps2 is a game about going into people dreams and animals http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/rpg/dualhearts/index.html Or primal for the ps2 is also about dreaming but if you had an xbox the best game ever has to be dreamfall. Its all about a girl who's stuck in a lucid dream. That was one of the best game i ever played cant wait for the next release of dreamfall.:D
I'm gonna say none. None that you would enjoy anyways. As most things based of such things are usually bad things.
Thanks for the suggestions!
Kingdom hearts is kind of dream-like. If you get that I guarantee you will we be satisfied and the way that the story plays out it could help you LD I guess.
Yeah Kingdom Hearts is good! :D
I have Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts 2, and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories.
>_> Not dream related man. But freaking awesome games nonetheless game experience wise they wouldn't fail. But dream related I don't really think so.

Welcome to 5 years ago.
Yes Final Fantasy 10 is an awesome game having to do with dreams. I suggest you get it, it's a fantastic RPG with the best graphics for it's time. And the CG Sequences are breathtaking.
i'm going to buy myst III exile now.
yay, its an awesomeee game :D
Alot of those locations make it into my dreams. Also, the whole games makes you wonder if you are dreaming. I mean, all these places are so surreal and beautiful, just like the best dreams. They have helped me go lucid.
I haven't played many PS2 games since I bought one years ago but one game I did like for it's ethereal graphic quality of the surroundings was ICO. It's a basic boy finds young girl in castle theme and has to overcome many obstacles in order to escape the huge castle. Although not one for action fans I do recommend for the stunning visuals and of the quality of the animations for the two main characters. You really do care what happens to them in the game.
Beyond Good and Evil's futuristic feeling made me have weird dreams...
Oni caused challenging and aggravating dreams for me...
And Shadow of the Colossus gave me epic dreams! It was cool.
