      Should I come back to LDing ?

      So I started learning stuff about LDing nearly 3 years ago, it went on well (with quite some effort) for about 7 months...
      Until I gradually not noted my dreams down, and... well here I am, thinking about my de-motivation for LDing. The main cause I think for me forgetting about it all is going to bed late and having a "student life" (some alcohol, little sleep)...

      Any advice?

      try WILDing, other techniques probably arent good for you, if you master WILD, you can LD whatever time you want.

      It dosnt have to be super serious "all or nothing"
      Why not try just setting your alarm an hour early, and doing a wake back to bed?

      Even if you don't have lucids all the time, you'll at least have some interesting more memorable dreams... and the satisfaction of waking up and knowing you can still sleep for an hour!
